Hydrojug Return & Refund Policy

At Hydrojug, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns and refunds straightforward and fair.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After this 30-day window, we unfortunately cannot process refunds or exchanges, due to system limitations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. We understand normal handling is okay, but items showing weeks of use, scratches, or stains do not qualify as returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:

• Visit the Hydrojug contact page on our website.
• Access our Returns Portal from there and submit your request.
• Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping Costs

Hydrojug covers the return shipping fee if your item:

• Arrived damaged
• Was the wrong product sent
• Did not meet your expectations

We may request photos to document the issue, but there are no other hidden hurdles.

If you are returning simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after we receive the item before the funds show in your account. Actual timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item for a different color or style, please return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for your preferred product. This ensures you don’t risk the new item selling out while waiting.

Final Sale Items

• Free replacement orders and gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Custom products with personalized engravings are final sale and non-returnable because they are made specifically for you.
